Jennifer Frank is a research analyst with the Center for Health Care Quality and Outcomes. Since 2015, she has conducted health services research on the quality of care and health care outcomes for older adults. Her recent work focuses on developing and implementing measures of health care quality in alternative payment models. Ms. Frank has expertise developing and implementing quality measures for post-acute care and hospice care. Ms. Frank has training in both quantitative and qualitative research, with expertise in using health care claims and other administrative data.
