Jenna Wright

Jenna Wright is an expert in health care economics. With a background in policy research and the public sector, she has a thorough knowledge of legislative and regulatory health care policy and value-based purchasing in health. She has extensive experience designing, administering, and evaluating health care payment and delivery systems, conducting implementation research and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Currently, Ms. Wright plays a key role in our Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO Program Analysis and Operations Support project. She serves as the task lead for program analysis support and for provider screening. She also provides technical assistance to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and to accountable care organizations in the implementation of financial and quality performance determination of entities participating in initiatives involving financial risk.

Ms. Wright joined RTI in 2019. Her background includes working at CMS, where she focused on the Medicare value-based payment initiatives, as well as time at the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight. She holds a Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
