Jim Redden works with our government and corporate clients to improve their innovation processes and outcomes. He brings with him a diverse set of experiences and industry perspectives. In addition to his work at RTI, Jim has worked as a Senior Reservoir Engineer for ExxonMobil, working in the fields of reservoir simulation, fluid characterization, and asset commercialization.
Mr. Redden specializes in advising corporate and government clients looking to improve their innovation processes and outcomes. An expert at facilitating innovation, he understands the complexities of organizational innovation initiatives and loves applying innovation best practices to help teams solve new challenges. Mr. Redden has helped establish innovation programs in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and in companies across the U.S. He brings a diverse set of industry perspectives, having worked as an engineer in a large oil and gas company and as a teacher in a small education non-profit prior to joining the Innovation Advisors.
In his function as innovation engineer, Mr. Redden assesses innovation practices within the oil and gas sector, performs market research, and creates commercialization strategies for high-potential technologies.
