James Isaac oversees surveys and manages staff in our Education and Workforce Development group. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the research process, specializing in large-scale data collection for studies of postsecondary education and in managing help desk operations
Currently, Mr. Isaac serves as Directory, Education Survey Operations for IPEDS, the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System. IPEDS is the central source of institution-level data on postsecondary education for the National Center for Education Statistics, containing data from more than 7,500 institutions.
Mr. Isaac, who joined RTI in 2000, is a two-time recipient of the President’s Award for Exemplary Performance. He is a member of the Association for Institutional Research and the North East Association for Institutional Research.
