Caroline Scruggs is a research statistician at RTI International. Since 2011, she has used her expertise in data management, analysis, and imputation to support household and establishment surveys. Her work involves sample design, nonresponse and post-survey weight adjustments, item imputations using hot-desk techniques (weighted and unweighted), and applying statistical methods to design and implement efficient strategies for data management, quality control, and data analysis.

As a task leader for the Census of Jails (COJ) and the Ohio Medicaid Assessment Survey (OMAS), Ms. Scruggs performs data management and supports analysis activities, weighting, sampling, and imputation. She also assists with frame review, verification reporting, and other updates. She is an experienced SAS programmer and a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR).
