A public health analyst in RTI International’s Food, Nutrition, and Obesity Policy Research Program, Caroline Rains has experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including developing surveys, conducting interviews, managing data collection, analyzing data, and writing technical reports. Before joining RTI, Ms. Rains worked as an intern at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service, where she provided analysis and project assistance for the McGovern-Dole Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program.
