Ariella Hirsch is an economist for RTI where she supports the implementation of alternative payment models for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). She is skilled in payment calculation, data analysis, report production, model participant technical assistance, cross-task coordination, and quality control. Ms. Hirsch is also an expert in STATA, a statistical software program.

Currently, Ms. Hirsch works on the Patient Experience of Care Survey, Performance-Based Adjustment, and Attribution teams on the Primary Care First (PCF) model. She also supports the Patient Experience of Care Survey work for the CMS Enhancing Oncology Model. Prior to her PCF experience, Ms. Hirsch supported the implementation and closeout of the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus model.

Before joining RTI in 2021, Ms. Hirsch studied the needs of caregivers to cancer patients in rural North Carolina.
