Angela M. Greene’s 25-year research career has focused primarily on conducting health services and health policy research related to care for older people, people with disabilities, individuals who are Medicare-Medicaid eligible, and long-term services and supports, including assisted living and other residential care settings. She has implemented and evaluated projects of varying size and complexity for several federal clients, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the National Center for Health Statistics, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation. Her expertise includes qualitative research methods and evaluation design, as well as survey development, conduct, and analysis. For eight years Ms. Greene chaired one of RTI’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) Committees for the Protection of Human Subjects, and currently serves as an alternate member of the IRB.
