RTI Named One of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for the Fifth Year 

The recognition honors companies demonstrating exceptional leadership and a commitment to business integrity through best-in-class ethics, compliance, and governance practices 

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.—  RTI International, a nonprofit research institute, has been recognized by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the 2022 World’s Most Ethical Companies.This is the fifth year that RTI has been recognized on Ethisphere’s annual list. 

“RTI remains committed to living our mission of improving the human condition and we know that in doing so, our business practices must continue to maintain the highest ethical standards,” said G. Edward Story, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at RTI. “We are thrilled to accept this award for the fifth time and are honored to appear on this year’s diverse list of ethical employers. This recognition is possible thanks to the efforts and commitment of the staff across RTI and I extend my deepest gratitude for all those who contribute on daily basis to advancing our mission consistent with our values.” 

RTI has a robust Ethics and Compliance program, which includes a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct for RTI’s nearly 6,000 employees working in more than 75 countries, a confidential Business Ethics hotline and a web resource on the company’s intranet.

RTI is Ethisphere’s only honoree in the Scientific and Technical Services industry category. This year, 136 honorees were recognized spanning 22 countries and 45 industries.
