The system provides a common collaborative tool for cooperation among Nile Basin countries. RTI developed tools for hydrometeorological analyses and scenario modeling; model optimization; and Multi-Criteria and Costs-Benefit Analysis (MCA/CBA). We developed training materials and provided on-site training to NBI and national water resources engineers.
