Abstract

This study shall identify promising models that community colleges and technical colleges can use to provide high levels of employer engagement in their workforce education programming. The revised methodological approach will include additional participants and in-person interviews (in lieu of phone) and focus groups. Two person three-day sites. Additionally, the researchers will interview participants at both the community colleges and partner employers that represent a parallel hierarchy of the organizations in order to capture the full scope of the partnership, from leadership staff to implementers. The body of the report is cancelled. The site profiles will be the primary deliverable and will include an executive summary, introduction, lessons learned, and outcome information.
