Summative Evaluation

Summative evaluation assesses the outcomes and overall effectiveness of a program once it has been fully implemented. It evaluates whether the program achieved its goals and generated expected results. RTI performs summative evaluations to help funders and policymakers determine whether interventions should be expanded, modified, or discontinued.
