Sampling Frame

A sampling frame is the list, database, or structure from which a study sample is drawn. It defines the population that researchers aim to represent. A strong sampling frame minimizes bias and increases the accuracy of findings. RTI develops and evaluates sampling frames to support high-quality survey research and ensure that samples reflect the populations of interest.
