Life-Cycle Assessment

Life-cycle assessment is a method used to evaluate the environmental impacts of a product, process, or service from start to finish. This includes raw material extraction, production, distribution, use, and disposal or recycling. RTI applies life-cycle assessment to support sustainable design, compare technology options, and inform policy and investment decisions.
