Impact Evaluation

Impact evaluation measures the extent to which a program or intervention produced changes in outcomes. It uses rigorous methods to isolate the effects of the program from other factors. RTI uses impact evaluations to determine whether programs work, who benefits most, and under what conditions they are most effective.
