Cost-Benefit Analysis

Cost-benefit analysis is a method used to compare the expected costs of a program or policy with the expected benefits. Both costs and benefits are quantified in monetary terms to determine whether the intervention produces a net positive value. RTI conducts cost-benefit analyses to help decision makers allocate resources, prioritize investments, and evaluate alternative strategies.
