CATI / Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing

Computer-assisted telephone interviewing is a data collection method in which interviewers conduct surveys by phone using a computerized questionnaire. The system guides interviewers through scripted questions, manages skip patterns, and records responses in real time. RTI uses CATI to support large-scale surveys that require trained interviewers and structured, high-quality data collection.
