Whitney Rémy is a research epidemiologist at RTI with the Global Public Health Science and Practice Program in the Global Public Health Impact Center. She provides research and analysis support to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Division of Global Health Protection on the Global Health Security Implementation Research, Evaluation and Support contract. In this role, she provides technical support for developing and implementing applied research and evaluation studies and other projects related to process improvement and dissemination of information. Ms. Rémy has multiple areas of expertise including data management and analysis, study design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and mixed-method research design. She is skilled in SAS, ArcGIS, REDCap, and Qualtrics.

Prior to joining RTI in 2021, she served for almost four years as the data expert for programs promoting infant vitality, children and women's health, and health equity at a local public health department. She was responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting data to informing program design and evidence-based decision-making. Her work also involved database management, program monitoring and evaluation, public health surveillance.
