Titianne Donde is a skilled manager with 19 years of experience working in investment and private sector capacity development across East and Southern Africa. With more than 10 years of experience in managerial responsibility, including 3 years in a Chief of Party role, she excels at providing strategic vision, management, and technical direction.

Ms. Donde is skilled in supporting entrepreneurial enterprises to test, pilot, and scale agricultural innovations through seed funding, technical assistance, investment readiness coaching, and networking. She has dedicated her career to designing and promoting innovative solutions to support export-oriented agribusiness models, including working with banks to tailor loan products, designing blended finance facilities, facilitating agribusiness investment readiness, and scaling technologies.

She currently serves as Chief of Party for the Feed the Future Rwanda Kungahara Wagura Amasoko (“Prosper as You Expand Markets”) project, which is assisting Rwanda’s progress toward self-reliance through increased export of high-value agricultural products.

Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Donde served as Chief of Party for Feed the Future Kenya Innovation Engine project that identified, nurtured, and scaled innovative agricultural technologies through private sector-oriented solutions. She also served as Director of Business Incubation and Commercialization at the  Centre for Agricultural Transformation (CAT) in Malawi, working to gain buy-in with senior public and private sector actors and leveraging these relationships to design capital investment and commercialization services for domestic and export value chains; and as Technical Lead for the USAID Financial Inclusion for Rural Microenterprises (FIRM) activity in Kenya where she built financial institutions’ capacity to develop loan products tailored to agribusinesses, contributing to more than $1 billion in agricultural and rural lending.

Ms. Donde is a Kenyan national and speaks fluent English and Kiswahili.
