Shauneen Melton

Shauneen Melton is a Senior Project Management Specialist in the International Education Division at RTI International. As an international development professional, she has a decade of management and administrative experience supporting overseas project implementation by performing financial, contractual, operational, and administrative tasks, as well as technical work.  

Ms. Melton works primarily on international projects funded through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She currently is responsible for overall management of the USAID-funded Inclusive Primary Education Activity in Cambodia and operational management of the USAID/Jifunze Uelewe program in Tanzania. At RTI, she previously oversaw operational management of USAID/Cambodia All Children Learning (ACL) Activity and All Children Reading-Cambodia, as well as the USAID Tusome Pamoja project in Tanzania.
