Shalabh Srivastava

Shalabh Srivastava is the Country Director of RTI International India, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTI International, USA. An expert in electricity distribution, he drives our strategies in the energy sector, as well as provides technical and business leadership to sectors across Health, Water and Sanitation.

Mr. Srivastava joined RTI in 2017 after two decades of experience as a management consultant at Accenture India, building the firm’s practice in the power vertical. He led the delivery of major projects in the distribution sector for private and government utility clients. His current role leverages his background in power distribution reforms and turnaround, off-grid distributed renewable energy, business process design and re-engineering, organization design and restructuring, and performance improvement for large and complex businesses. In recent times, Mr. Srivastava has supported certain state DISCOMs in AT&C loss reduction, monitoring and evaluation of Utility Turnaround, and energy audit.

Mr. Srivastava is a well-known public speaker, proficient in English and Hindi. A board member of the Indian Smart Grid Forum, he co-authored the 2016 Update to Smart Grid Roadmap for India.
