Sara Gamaleldin is an Innovation Analyst for RTI Innovation Advisors, a business unit of RTI International, where she has worked with commercial food and beverage clients since 2022. Ms. Gamaleldin is experienced in product development and assessment of new ingredients in foods and beverages and has extensive knowledge of food safety practices and their implementation in manufacturing faculties. Prior to RTI, as a Food Safety Manger at Old Chatham Creamery, Sara honed her problem-solving skills. She also brings laboratory experience related to natural food colorings and procurement experience from an R&D internship with PepsiCo. She is certified in Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Processes, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
