Pablo Torres is a senior manager of international energy and climate programs with around 17 years of technical delivery, strategy, operations, business development, and capacity buildi­­ng experience. Mr. Torres worked for RTI between 2003 and 2011 and rejoined in 2021.

His experience includes developing a training course on low emission development strategies for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) personnel; facilitating the delivery of e-courses on climate change science, impacts, and action for the World Bank; working as an Analyst for the Clean Technology Fund of the Climate Investment Funds at the World Bank; and managing the USAID Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment, and Resilience (CEADIR) project (2015-2021), including two years as Chief of Party.
