Pablo Torres is a senior manager of international energy and climate programs with around 17 years of technical delivery, strategy, operations, business development, and capacity building experience. Mr. Torres worked for RTI between 2003 and 2011 and rejoined in 2021.
His experience includes developing a training course on low emission development strategies for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) personnel; facilitating the delivery of e-courses on climate change science, impacts, and action for the World Bank; working as an Analyst for the Clean Technology Fund of the Climate Investment Funds at the World Bank; and managing the $20 million USAID Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment, and Resilience (CEADIR) project (2015-2021), including two years as Chief of Party.
