Olivia Berzin is an expert on health care quality and outcomes in health care payment reform models. Using her skills in quality measurement, quality scoring and education and outreach, she contributes to projects that help implement or evaluate health care payment models. She also has extensive experience distilling complex information and data for clients, and in reviewing comments for the federal rulemaking process.
Currently, Ms. Berzin is working on several projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. These include technical assistance, quality measurement, and rulemaking for the Medicare Shared Savings Program and Next Generation ACO Model; the Maryland All-Payer Model Evaluation; Connecting Kids to Coverage; and the HEALTHY KIDS Outreach and Enrollment Cooperative Agreements Program.
Ms. Berzin joined RTI in 2010. Her background includes work at the Women’s Bureau of the U.S. Department of Labor, the Center for Women and Enterprise, and the Wellesley College economics department.
