Nargiza Toktonazarova manages the monitoring and evaluation activities on the literacy component of the U.S. Department of Agriculture-funded McGovern Dole Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program in Kyrgyzstan. In this role she oversees the baseline and endline data collections for the early grade reading assessments (EGRA), routine data collection, and the tracking of student and teacher performance in target schools. 

Ms. Toktonazarova has held monitoring and evaluation roles on several USAID funded projects in various sectors including education, nutrition, agriculture, market systems development, and public health. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative analysis, data management and visualization, performance monitoring and evaluation, large scale data analysis, and conducting impact surveys and organizational capacity assessments. 

Ms. Toktonazarova is fluent in Russian, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, and English.
