Molly Frommer is an economist in RTI’s Center for Health Care Financing and Payment. She conducts quantitative analyses of large-scale, government-funded health care payment models, particularly relating to Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA Marketplaces. Since joining RTI in 2019, she has focused on research and development for the Medicare Part C, Part D, and State Exchange risk adjustment models. She leads the project’s clinical classification task, involving analysis of ICD-10 coding patterns and evaluation of model predictive ability. In addition, Ms. Frommer supports the evaluation of the Financial Alignment Initiative through statistical analysis of expenditures for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees. She is skilled in quantitative analysis of large claims datasets, evaluation, and report writing.
