Mary Shompole

Mary Shompole is a Regional Operations Coordinator at the RTI International Regional Office in Africa. With an excellent attention to detail, she supports staff and organizes and facilitates online virtual events and projects. Ms. Shompole continuously supports the talent development for operation assistants by facilitating shipment projects needed during start-ups and close-outs. Additionally, she supports employee resource groups in Kenya and Nigeria. Before joining RTI in 2013, Ms. Shompole served as a Procurement Officer at the Lutheran World Federation and an Administrative Assistant at Web Engineering. Her expertise earned her professional certifications in information management systems and purchasing and supplies.
