Maruli Lumbantobing

Maruli Lumbantobing is responsible for the development and delivery of information systems and information technology for RTI international offices (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean). He leads, coordinates, and oversees the international IT team, which supports infrastructure, applications, communications, information security, and user support for more than 1,100 staff at corporate and project level across the five regions. In addition, he ensures the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards to support RTI’s programs and operations.

Prior to joining RTI in 2008, Lumbantobing spent more than a dozen years performing professional IT duties for the European Union, the United Nations, and Development Alternatives Inc.
