Manon Billaud serves as a public health analyst for RTI where she develops quantitative data collection instruments, conducts and monitors data collection, analyzes reported data, and designs data dashboards and other visuals. Currently, she is a monitoring and evaluation analyst on the Global Health Security Implementation Research, Evaluation and Support contract with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Division of Global Health Protection. In this role, she designs and implements data collection tools and analyzes and visualizes global health security data for program improvement.

Prior to joining RTI in 2021, Ms. Billaud was an Evaluation Fellow with CDC’s Division of Science Education and Professional Development. She also served as an Evaluation Specialist for the University of Washington’s Institute of Translational Health Sciences.

Ms. Billaud is fluent in French and skilled with the following programs: Tableau, REDCap, MAXQDA, SurveyMoney, and SQL. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. In addition to her education, Mr. Billaud has professional certifications in Data Visualization from the University of Washington and Socio-Contextual Determinants of Health Certification from Emory University.
