Leslie Greenwald, PhD, has 20 years of experience conducting health services research. Dr. Greenwald serves as a project director and task leader for a range of projects related to health care reform, pay-for-performance, Medicare payment, service delivery, cost and utilization analysis. She has focused her research efforts on Medicare managed care, Medicare payment systems, prescription drugs, risk adjustment, and health care reform models. She also has extensive experience directing health care research programs. Dr. Greenwald joined RTI in 2001 after 11 years at the Health Care Financing Administration (now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
