Leena Dave

Leena Dave is a Senior Manager in the Center for Data Modernization at RTI. She has over 25 years of experience in implementing end-to-end, multi-phased data integration and visualization projects consolidating disparate data systems. Her expertise includes streamlining data processes and implementing data governance controls throughout the project life cycle. Ms. Dave is adept in translating client requirement into a technical data platform by incorporating appropriate technology, tools and forming a team of skilled staff to deliver the end product that is on-time and within budget. Her repertoire includes strong leadership ability to manage and motivate teams to increase productivity and create a cohesive environment.

Ms. Dave is a Project Director for a cloud-based Learn, Evaluate and Advance Practice (LEAP) data warehouse and reporting system funded by Prevent Child Abuse America. She is also an Associate Project Director for the Fire Department of New York’s data and reporting system, designed to help clinical staff, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and others with a measure of the effectiveness of FDNY programs by monitoring the health and guiding treatment of WTC responders. She has also served as a technical and project lead on data integration and reporting projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Institutes of Health, and Department of Justice.

Prior to joining RTI in 2009, Ms. Dave worked at ATI Metals, where she led the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite and re-engineered extensive manual systems for customer inventory and purchasing systems.

Ms. Dave is a certified Data Management Professional with specialization in Data Integration and Interoperability and Data Governance.
