Lee Young is a leader within our Integrated Learning Solutions team, which delivers professional development programs to U.S. Agency for International Development staff members in domestic and international environments. She has extensive experience developing and managing robust blended learning programs for government and commercial clientele.

Ms. Young came to RTI in 2018 from Serco, where she oversaw comprehensive blended learning programs for multiple federal agencies. With an academic background in fine arts, she has applied her knowledge to oversee teams of graphic artists, media specialists, and programmers for robust innovative training solutions in addition to guiding teams in more traditional instructor-led and knowledge management initiatives. Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), ICAgile Professional (ICP), Scrum Master (CSM), and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Talent Management, D.C. Web Women, and the eLearning Guild.
