Laiba Bahrawar

Laiba Bahrawar has worked for international development organizations in the United States, South Africa, and Pakistan, and has work experience in Uzbekistan, Tanzania, and Jordan. Since joining RTI in 2021, she has contributed to data collection, quality assurance, analysis, report writing, and presentations for several international education projects, as well as leading the training of data collectors under the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded Uzbekistan Education for Excellence Program and the Numeracy at Scale data collection activity in Jordan, with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.  

Ms. Bahrawar’s work has required thorough familiarity with the various assessment instruments to be administered, the digital applications to be used, and statistical software packages such as Stata for analyzing and describing the resulting data. She has also made significant written contributions to client reports and various research papers. She is passionate about using her research and data analysis skills to improve international education in developing countries.
