Karis McGill provides technical and administrative support for USAID-funded food and agriculture projects. She combines an in-depth knowledge of agricultural and food security issues in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Senegal and Uganda with skills in enterprise strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, and program management.
Currently, Ms. McGill is involved in two key projects, USAID/Rwanda Private Sector Driven Agricultural Growth (PSDAG) project and the USAID/Kenya Crops and Dairy Markets Systems (KCDMS) activity. Both focus on developing local agriculture markets to foster economic growth and self-sufficiency in their respective countries. For PSDAG, she supports the team that makes short-term grants.
Ms. McGill came to RTI in 2017 from the International Resources Group.
