Jill McArdle is a Public Health Scientist at RTI who serves as the co-Project Director responsible for centralized support for stakeholder inquires and communications operations for the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) model by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Ms. McArdle is experienced in providing training, technical assistance, program implementation support with a focus on patient safety, healthcare quality improvement, and healthcare transformation.
Before joining RTI in 2015, Ms. McArdle was a former director of federal programs in North Carolina and South Carolina for the CMS Quality Improvement Organization program. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality as recognized by the Board of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a licensed registered nurse in North Carolina.
