Jessica Williams has more than 15 years’ experience conducting and managing complex social science research projects for government agencies, private organizations, universities, and foundations. She has worked on both quantitative and qualitative studies using mail, telephone, Web, mixed-mode, and field methodologies, and also has experience developing and implementing survey procedures, preparing project materials, leading training sessions, monitoring and overseeing quality control during data collection. In addition, Ms. Williams has experience and specific training in conducting in-person interviews, moderating focus groups, and working on projects that involve special populations and sensitive topics.
