Jessica Man

Jessica Man is an Innovation Advisor with RTI Innovation Advisors, a business unit of RTI International. She brings experience and expertise in strategic thinking, planning, and working alongside c-suite executives across industries. At RTI Innovation Advisors, Ms. Man focuses on strategic advising, and leads clients to build and execute innovation strategies. In doing so, Ms. Man conducts research and facilitation sessions to uncover insights that help clients recognize critical gaps, create action plans to address them, and make strategic decisions to drive innovation and organizational change management, culture transformation, and capacity building. Applying proven methods to uncover clients’ challenges and goals, she strives to usher in lasting and impactful change.

Ms. Man joined RTI in 2021. Prior, she served as the director of strategic initiatives and chief of staff in the President’s Office at the NC Rural Center. This nonprofit develops, promotes, and implements sound economic strategies to improve the quality of life of low to moderate income communities in rural North Carolina. Along with leading cross-cutting institutional priorities, Ms. Man spearheaded the process to create the organization’s five-year strategic plan. From 2015 to 2019, she was the curatorial assistant to the chief curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, N.Y., where she helped to curate the critically acclaimed mid-career survey of Los Angeles-based artist Laura Owens.
