Dr. Jennifer Talbot has over 20 years’ experience in natural resources management in sub-Saharan Africa. She currently serves as Chief of Party of the USAID/Uganda Biodiversity for Resilience Activity and previously served as chief of party for the US Agency for International Development's Promoting Tanzania’s Environment, Conservation, and Tourism (PROTECT) project, funded by USAID Tanzania. Dr. Talbot is an expert in overall leadership and management for technical and operations teams.
Prior to joining RTI, Dr. Talbot served as natural resources team leader and forestry advisor for USAID Liberia. She has also worked extensively in Madagascar on community-based biodiversity-conservation and health initiatives.
