Holly Stockdale

Holly Stockdale is an expert in health policy analysis specializing in qualitative research related to health care organization and delivery and health insurance for low-income populations. Since joining RTI in 2013, she has contributed to the design and implementation of multiple studies for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicaid Services (CMS) related to state health policy, Medicaid, health system transformation, and aging programs and services. Ms. Stockdale’s recent work focuses on evaluating innovative health care delivery models for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid and community-based approaches to addressing social determinants of health.
