Grace Croitoru is the business coordinator in RTI's  University Collaboration Office (UCO). Ms. Croitoru supports the UCO with university-related business development planning and response, including letters of support, assisting in internal and external university site visits, and the RTI University Scholars Program. Additionally, she assists the UCO's project and data management through use of the team's digital transformation efforts. Ms. Croitoru is building upon the team's successes to advance activities aligned with RTI business needs by systematically developing and expanding RTI's client-centric relationship and impact with universities.

Ms. Croitoru also serves on RTI’s Women's Advancement Leadership and Service leadership committee as co-chair of special events. In this role, she co-organizes and co-hosts RTI’s International Women’s Day and Women’s Equality Day celebrations.

Ms. Croitoru's professional and volunteer experience includes community engagement, strategic communications, program operations, and vendor management. In particular, Ms. Croitoru has supported large-scale non-profit fundraising events with organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Previously, she also supported the Dean at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, where she strengthened her experience working within public health and higher education.
