Estefanía Molerés is a senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Adapting (MERLA) specialist for the International Development Group at RTI. Ms. Molerés leads and supports MERLA processes for a range of international development projects in diverse sectors, such as agriculture, water, governance, and education. Ms. Molerés is a seasoned quantitative and qualitative analyst and project manager. Her expertise lies in analyzing large data sets, designing easy-to-use monitoring tools to collect project implementation data, facilitate indicator selection, and developing target setting workshops. Her contributions to initiatives with the World Bank, UNICEF, PADF, and IYF underscore her commitment to driving impactful change in international development contexts. 

Currently, Ms. Molerés is building the foundation of the Climate-Resilient Cereals Innovation Lab (CRCIL), managed by Kansas State University (KSU). She designed CRCIL's Theory of Change, Impact Pathways and Results Framework. Ms. Molerés is also supporting the TuMUNI project in Ecuador and the Ending Wildlife Crime in Southeast Asia projects.
