Elizabeth Regan Fitch is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adapting (MERLA) specialist for RTI's International Development Group. Her current projects support MERLA processes to improve data collection, analysis, learning, service delivery, and reporting in Francophone, West Africa and elsewhere.
Ms. Fitch has extensive experience in proposal development. She supports the implementation of global health prgrams by developing learning strategies to inform better outcomes through qualitative and quantitative research, training and facilitation, and implementing human-centered design and partcipatory research techniques for project and research design, implementation, and evaluation. Ms. Fitch also specializes in data system development and capacity building for monitoring, research, and evaluation. Her work focuses on family planning, gender equity, reproductive, maternal and child heath, along with other various sectors and health related programs.
Before she joined RTI in 2017, Ms. Fitch served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for Ipas, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Program Officer for University Research Company, and Program Manager for Population Services International.
