David Radwin is a quantitative researcher who studies postsecondary education, particularly on the topics of financial aid and the cost of attending college. He contributes to several of RTI’s significant, high-profile projects for the federal Department of Education.
For the National Postsecondary Student Aid Study, a major federal data source on how students and their families pay for college, Mr. Radwin oversees reporting and dissemination of publications and Web products. He also serves as lead analyst for the Completion Arch, a source of data and information on the performance of community colleges.
Mr. Radwin joined RTI in 2013 with the acquisition of MPR Associates. From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an institutional research analyst at the University of California, Berkeley. He served on the executive board of the California Association for Institutional Research from 2008 to 2009.
