Bryce Huff

Bryce Huff is an Innovation Analyst with RTI Innovation Advisors. He conducts primary research interviews with a wide range of stakeholders, identifying and synthesizing key insights, facilitating workshops, and utilizing human-centered design practices

Currently, Mr. Huff is supporting RTI’s work around the world as he works with a global foundation that is dedicated to commercializing innovations related to sanitation. This work includes conducting a gap analysis, aggregating data and insights, and formulating funding recommendations. Mr. Huff has also worked with healthcare professionals involved in the NC Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (TRaCS) program, where he evaluated the market opportunity of a medical device that would improve patient care for vulnerable populations. He also leverages his expertise on the Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) program within the NIH. In this role, Mr. Huff supports medical technology companies in identifying critical commercialization gaps and formulates recommendations and strategies aimed at effectively addressing those identified gaps. His non-medical technology work includes exploring natural alternative sweeteners and conducting foresight work exploring the future of consumable maintenance and repair products.

Before joining RTI in 2022, Mr. Huff worked at OXOS Medical, where he assisted with designing and developing the companies imaging platform. This work also included designing, prototyping, and documenting design iterations for the company’s accessory products.
