Anirban Chatterjee serves as a senior manager for RTI International India, where he focuses on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives. He is a certified energy auditor and is an expert in program management, business development, and concept creation. Currently, Mr. Chatterjee is the project manager for RTI India’s project under the Water for Women Fund, the Australian Government’s flagship water and sanitation project for the Asia Pacific.
Before joining RTI in 2019, Mr. Chatterjee worked with Ernst & Young and KPMG in their climate change and sustainability practices. He was involved in developing partnership-led business transformation strategies in the field of climate change with a specific focus on water resources, waste, and sanitation. The clientele ranged from various utility, industry, investor, and service sectors. Additionally, Mr. Chatterjee was routinely engaged in management and development of high-value and strategic bids for these organizations and their team building.
Mr. Chatterjee’s publications include Making the Critical Connections between Climate Resilience and Inclusive WASH (Lessons from Water for Women), Mobilizing Private Sector Finance for Climate Change Adaption, and Pune Public Toilet Policy: Standard Framework for Public Toilets.
