Alyson Lipsky is a Senior Manager with RTI’s health system strengthening team. Having been with RTI since 2012, she provides strategy support, leads program design efforts, and manages projects. She currently serves as the technical lead for Stewardship on the USAID-funded Health Policy Plus project. In this capacity, she provides thought leadership on stewardship, accountability, and transparency. In this role she also manages and contributes to activities focused on joint accountability for family planning and reproductive health, social accountability for family planning and reproductive health, enhancing understanding of legislative and regulatory barriers to achieving sexual and reproductive health and rights, strengthening evidence-based decision-making for family planning at subnational levels of government, and others. She also provides technical assistance and support to field programs. Ms. Lipsky is an expert in developing tools and approaches for use by local stakeholders, in qualitative data collection and analysis, and in working with diverse stakeholders to co-develop sustainable solutions.
