Alexandra Lutnick, PhD, has more than 10 years of experience conducting community-based research with marginalized populations such as drug users, the homeless, sex workers, and trafficked persons. She has expertise in community-based participatory research, program evaluations, qualitative and mixed-methods research, quantitative risk assessments, and the epidemiology of HIV and sexually transmitted infections.
Dr. Lutnick leads and collaborates on national and international research projects related to the sex industry, human trafficking, and HIV. She also serves as a consultant and advisor for various national and international studies and programs.
Dr. Lutnick has authored and coauthored articles for numerous publications, including the Journal of Urban Health, Children and Youth Services Review, Journal of Social Work Practice in the Addictions, American Journal of Epidemiology, Reproductive Health Matters, and Sexually Transmitted Infections.
