Aizada Mamytova has over ten years of experience implementing and overseeing international donor program communications, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting functions. Additionally, she has extensive experience ensuring compliance with USAID policies and procedures in branding and marking, communications and outreach, event planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation planning and implementation.
She currently serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and Communications Director of the Okuu! Keremet (“Learning is Awesome”) project, funded by USAID and implemented by RTI, in the Kyrgyz Republic. Ms. Mamytova oversees all project communications; outreach; research; monitoring, evaluation, and learning; and oversees information and communications technology functions.
She previously served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of the USAID Time to Read Program from 2016 to 2019 in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ms. Mamytova is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.
