12th Forestry & Agriculture Modeling Forum

Join RTI at the 12th Forestry and Agriculture Modeling Forum in Hillsborough, New Jersey. This long-running forum beings together researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers working on land-use and environmental modeling in forestry and agriculture systems. RTI has partnered with a strong set of collaborators to help organize this years forum. 

Agriculture and forestry sector themes include: 

• Biophysical and economic modeling
• Empirical analysis of natural disturbances
• Carbon sequestration
• Resilience
• Bioenergy potential

Forum objectives include: 

1. Provide information useful for public and private strategic analysis and planning of domestic and international policy options for carbon sequestration and natural disturbance mitigation.
2. Look at the potential role of biomass for bioenergy production and issues related to global biophysical and economic changes.
