Emily Potocnik

Emily Potocnik is a Senior User Experience Designer with expertise in web accessibility and universal design for a variety of non-profit and government clients, including the Department of Education, Department of Defense, and the American Council on Education. She is certified in accessibility through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals as a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA). 

Ms. Potocnik also conducts user research to inform product usability. She is proficient in qualitative and quantitative user research methods and carries certifications in user experience from Nielsen Norman Group. Ms. Potocnik has extensive experience leading and conducting user research studies to inform website architecture and user interface design. She has over 8 years of experience managing social media content creation and strategy.
